About g-marketing One man band with a strong repertoire of good tunes. My marketing career started in 1997 as a design assistant with Printware Direct, a direct marketing company. Since then I transferred to parent company, Printware Limited, and progressed through design studio manager to marketing manager. Apart from proficiencies outlined on this site, my background from a small marketing department with wide responsibilities has made me a good generalist. This lends itself well to a company looking for a full marketing mix, but without resource to employ a number of specialists. At the end of 2004, I left Printware to dedicate time to my research and dissertation for my MA in Marketing with e-Commerce. Graduated in 2005 with a Merit, complementing my practical experience with a sound theoretical grounding. More recently, my work has been on point of sale material, and I've developed Applescript skills to automate repetitive work in QuarkXPress.
